River Trail Assault

Today is a really beautiful day here in Columbus Ohio. I decided to venture off the treadmill and onto the River trail nearby. About 2 miles into the run the River trail takes a sharp left where you are right beside speeding cars driving on Henderson road (the speed limit is 50 I think). Some horrible person in a late 90s maroon car decided to throw a bottle at me and it hits me hard in the back and I lose my breath. I try to make out the numbers but they do a sharp u-turn cutting off cars in the other lane and turn down a side street. I start bawling. Once I got back to my car and phone I called Joe and we drove around looking for the car but to no avail.

Pregs

So I'm pregnant these days. About 12 weeks. Been running consistently although not far.
Hoping to get a race in sometime during my 2nd trimester.
I'll probably be posting a lot more about being pregs and running in general instead of just race reports.
